Take rest. Get plenty of fluids. Drink cup after cup of hot green tea with natural honey & some lemon.
Dissolve as much salt in a cup of warm water as will dissolve and gargle with the mixture. Repeat every 2 hours.
Take one cup milk, half teaspoon cinnamon, half teaspoon ginger and one teaspoon honey. Mix them and heat the milk on low. Drink it lukewarm.
Take few basil leaves and boil them in a glass of water. Sip it lukewarm.
Cut half of onion into tiny pieces. Put it into a container with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar and seal the container. Let it stand for about 2 minutes. Take this juice every 4 hours.
Drink warm ginger tea with honey. It soothes the soreness of throat.
