Do exercise regularly and reduce weight. Exercise your tongue, jaw and mouth. Do Anulom Vilom, Kapalabhati and Bhramri.
Apply gentle pressure with the thumb and forefinger at any of the two pressure points above the nostrils or below the nostrils. A third point is below the earlobes.
Warm the ghee a few degrees, experiment a little with the temperature that suits you. Put 2-3 drops of clarified butter (ghee) in each nostril.
