Get 30 minutes of exercise daily. Drink at least 6 glass of water daily. Add fiber food in your daily diet such as beans, oatmeal, and some fruits, such as apples, strawberries and grapefruit.
Eat plenty of curd (yogurt) on empty stomach.
Grate a half-teaspoon of ginger into a cup and add hot water to it, let it steep for 10 minutes, strain out the ginger and drink the tea.
