Keep your ears dry after water sports. Cover your ears when exposed to loud noise.
Soak a cotton towel in warm water and squeeze it. Hold the towel over the affected ear for few minutes. If the ache is due to high altitude or flight journey, just chew gum or yawn to relieve the pain.
Add a clove of garlic to one teaspoon sesame oil. Warm it on fire. Drip two to three drops in the affected ear and allow it to stay there for ten minutes.
Add few drops of tea tree oil to 1/4 cup of water. Add few drops to ear and let it be there for 10 minutes.
Warm the olive oil and put 3-4 drops of oil in ear.
Cut the fresh radish into small pieces. Warm it with mustard oil. Cool it down to room temperature and drain it. Put 3-4 drops of oil in ear.
