Mash one banana, one teaspoon honey and little black pepper in a bowl. Eat two or three times a day.

Boil turmeric and black pepper with milk. Strain this and take it twice a day.

Ginger is good for Cough


Mix One fourth spoon of black pepper (kali mirch) powder, ginger juice and honey. Take this 4 - 5 times a day.

Honey is good for Cough


Take honey and mix it with Indian gooseberry (Amla) powder. This is an effective remedy to cure cough.
