Drink little warm water. Avoid cold foods. Avoid food rich in oil. Take fiber food.
Roast a clove by stirring on a hot tava or pan. Keep this in the mouth and suck on it.
Mash one banana, one teaspoon honey and little black pepper in a bowl. Eat two or three times a day.
Boil turmeric and black pepper with milk. Strain this and take it twice a day.
Mix One fourth spoon of black pepper (kali mirch) powder, ginger juice and honey. Take this 4 - 5 times a day.
