Eat healthy fiber foods and prevent constipation. Drink lots of water specially in morning. Clean the mouth after each meal. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables.
Mix lemon juice in water. Add pinch of salt to it. Rinse mouth before bedtime.
Chewing one or two cardamom seeds after meals helps to minimize bad breath.
Fenugreek seeds (methi seeds) have been proven effective in curing bad breath. Simmer 1 teaspoon of seeds in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then strain the tea and drink it to cure bad breath.
Take a 1/4 cup of pure Aloe Vera gel and dissolve it in about 1/2 cup of water or apple juice. Drink this to soothe acid indigestion, that causes bad breath.
Rub the neem paste on your teeth dialy and rinse your mouth.
