Keep breathing slowly and deeply. Include relaxation and meditation in your daily routine. Be optimistic and always try to remain relaxed. Take food which is low in sugar and contains a high dose of whole grains. Boost your intake of vitamins. Take Magnesium, Calcium and B-Complex. Do non-competitive exercise such swimming, bicycling or walking.

Tea is good for Anxiety


Drink green tea twice a day.

Almond is good for Anxiety


Soak 10 raw almonds overnight in water and peel off the skins in morning. Put almonds in blender with 1 cup warm milk add a pinch of ginger powder, and a pinch of nutmeg. Drink at night before going to bed.

Orange is good for Anxiety


Aroma of an Orange is known to reduce anxiety. Inhale the smell of an orange peel. Drink one cup of orange juice with 1 teaspoon of Honey to normalised the racing heart rate associated with anxiety.

Oil Massage is good for Anxiety


Full body oil massage of sesame, coconut or sunflower oil with Luke warm oil. Also do soft massage to scalp and feet to relax .
